Totally gorgeous. That is the sort of photograph that represents the pinnacle of what our craft is capable. As I recall, the model is not very large either.

The craftsmanship is impeccable and the imagination involved in the idea of lighting the model (stained glass windows and all) is truly impressive.

Congratulations, cdavenport on a truly super job.

Beautiful! A striking example of how context can bring a model to life. The addition of lighting takes it over the top.

Tour de force card modeling!

Nice imagination and vision to do this on really a small scale, too, congrats CD!

WOW! Let me pick my jaw up off of the floor and say that's one beautiful model. I love the way it's illuminated. Great choice for POTW.

20 years of (passing gas to those who are) blowing up buildings - now he's creating them! Superbly done, outstandingly dressed, and beautifully photographed.

Yogi (I are still builder - Charles artist!)

Sincere thanks to Dansls1 for choosing my project as POTW. Also, humble thanks to a great group of artists and builders for their unselfish words of praise.

I'd be lying if I tried to convince you that I am not thrilled! This is better than a club meeting.

This so deserved being the POTW... I have not yet seen any other architecture model to be displayed in such amazing way. (No offence, my knowledge is scarce...)
