POTW for September 6, 2009

This week is a very nice build of the Canon Cathedral of Notre Dame by cdavenport. The regular shots of the model in this thread were deserving - but when I saw the lit shot I knew it was the one. Great job bringing this building to life

It's a beautiful photo but I thought POTW was supposed to be of a model, not the real thing. Absolutely stunning, Major!

To give Ron's post a bit more weight, after I posted I showed the picture to my wife and she asked 'where's that at?'. When I said it's a model she laughed - she thought it was a picture of a real building

Beautiful job, CD. The backdrop and accessories made the picture really stand out.
