Very good. Helps keep the dust out. You did a good job of keeping smudges off the 'glass'. Thanks for the response.

Lots of Progress
Hello all and thanks Vermin_King.
Part of the "keeping the smudges off" is because of the design. The cabin walls are built up from 3 layers, inner, outer and middle which has square cutouts larger than the windows. I join them and attach the "windows" with double-backed carpet tape which keeps the glue smudges away. You have to be very careful using this method because it does not allow for adjustments. The weekend was very productive and the model is almost done. All that is left are some paint touch-ups and mount to handrails. Here's some pictures: Here is a picture of some of the handrails assembled. I used 1mm brass wire soldered together to make them: That's all for now. Until the next time.

Thanks Adam, I wish that figure was in the PDF instructions. I'm debating if I will tear apart the stack for that or not. It looks good as is for now so I will probably leave it as is.
Later on I may build another one of these, but with more detail and work up the interior controls to look more like the pictures on the web site.

Model Completed
Hello all. This is the first model in a long time that I have completed. Lots of starts, but few finishes.
The model is very well designed with no fit problems that I encountered. The mistakes that you see, are mine due to lack of concentration or simply moving to fast and not letting things dry properly. The model is great a 1:25 scale, but would reduce with very little problems to the 1:32 to 1:48 scale. Dropping further than that to OO or HO (1:76, 1:87) might be much more difficult although not impossible. Well, here it is: Next step is build a base for it. Good day to all.
