Look great! I have a strange question. Is this how the ashpan levers will look for your steam loco? http://konradus.net/foto.php?scr=htt...jpg?imgmax=800 And if so, how do they work? Do you just push them down with your feet?

Those levers for which you ask are for vibrating grate not ashpan. Ashpan is below that grate. hand levers were once attached to them and when they are removed you control them with legs.
Mayby this picture show You what I mean.
