And here we are again. Despite the very good weather (what usually prevents modeling), I was able to make some progress on the little engine.
The firechamber (or whatever it's called in English) Constuction of the kettle : Chamber and kettle joined together and dryfitted to the base : Till next update...

The wheels have been painted and installed (whitout glue though) :
Next will be the drivework, at this stage it really is a huge disadvantage not being able to read Polish, all I have to go on is a few drawings. But we'll have manage anyway /

A little update on the engine, the drivework is a reall puzzle but it's taking shape. I'm not sure that every bit of it is in the right position, but at least it's starting to look like the drivework of a steamengine.
But first ; the brakes : And starting the feared driveworks : Well, that's it for today...
