Don, I agree it would be nice in a diorama, but I am hoping to have some additional train behind it (steam, of course) before getting serious about it. I can see it in my mind's eye....plow, engine, tender, and two or three cars emerging from a tunnel portal into a snow shed. When I was a kid, my folks were friends with a guy that worked for the UP as a maintenance man at the Donner Summit snow sheds, back in the day when they were still running steamers. At the time, I didn't think it was any big deal, but it must have made some impression, as I still like snow sheds in the scenery. Might make a neat shadow box, wouldn't it?
