Well... That's made of: paper, electric (copper) wires, small beads, and polistyren sticks and laser cut valve knobs (cardboard). Fixed with CA glue.

After assembling, I painted it with flat acrylic tamiya "rubber black" paint. Next I drybrushed pipes and header with vallejo 71.073 (black metallic) acrylic paint. The last thing was rusty wash made with acrylic paints form vallejo "Traincolor – weathering set".
Knobs: vallejo golden yellow as base, then Citadel auric armor gold drybrushed (very intensive) and some vallejo black in the center (both acrylic).

Glass on manometric gauge is just a drop of glossy laquer.

Thanks for the detailed description of making the "steam header". Excellent work on those tiny parts! The painting and weathering looks very realistic.
