Bobalooyi - I am not familiar with the glue you mention, but I guess you could use it the same way.

I do not generally use the "stick" glue as i dislike it - it is actually quite difficult to work and I find leaves some of the joints "lumpy".

But for places on SMALL parts (like I did with this model) I find it ideal.............
