Very nice!

And a hedgehog. Wonderful to see - they have died out in our area.

Where are you living?

Model looks great so far, can't wait to see the finished product.
I checked the link you have and it brings me to a site that looks like a retail sort of site, not a card modle site, is that correct? Also, it's all in German, so it's hard to make out how to go about ordering the model.
Thanks for any info you can give me so I can purchase this and maybe one or two of the others.
Keep up the good work, thanks for sharing.

The model looks great, but the formers don't look like you have to build them up to 1mm thickness. Does the model still appear to be strong enough?

Love your helpers!

It's good that you are introducing Hartmut's work here. People can also email him if they are having trouble with the site. The models are not free.

Q & a

Moin,

OH! Great, there‘s much interest in this thread...

A) Kevin:
We (wife, cats and all other beings in the garden) live in the rural areas of the german Bordertown Emmerich, (to be honest: the Dutch <border> is approx 50m in sight!).
Arnheim is about 25km away...

B) Richschindler:
Hartmut Scholz, the designer of the model, sells his models under his company-name HS-Design on his website. He is also working for Schreiber Bogen, one of his last works is the Trawler <Proud Mary).
I like his Railway models very much; they are well designed and the fitting is really good.
It‘ s fun to build them. Some of my finished models from Hartmut are shown below....

The models can be purchased by inquiry on his site, but I don‘t know, whether the models are send otside of germany. I will ask Hartmut via email....

C) Gary:
It is typical for the models of Hartmut Scholz to avoid thick cardboard. He designs the formers by redoubling parts. Normaly, the stability is adequate...

D) Fred:
Hello Fred!
I know, that you also build some of Hartmuts models. Hey, how did you get the models?? (see Question B) ).

Main Cooler Fan & Exhaust & Obi

The next parts are the Main Cooler Fan, which is a little bit tricky to build because the Fan is mounted in a recessed frame. I made an additional Former, which I print from the safty-scan....
After mounting the exhaust part #10, the fist step is finished....

....and the neighbour`s Tomcat OBI is visiting us....
