Mine locos

Just uploaded sub-surface electric mine locos to downloads section:
Ld-20: Polish NG-ld-20-thumb.jpg
Ld-21: Polish NG-ld-21-thumb.jpg
Ld-31: Polish NG-ld-31-thumb.jpg
Ldag-05: Polish NG-ldag-05-thumb.jpg
Lds-100: Polish NG-lds-100-thumb.jpg

All are modified to have true wheels but the original "box" versions are included, as these are easier to make.

Thanks to Sebastian for permission to do this!

To accompany the underground mine locos, I have uploaded a page containing one each of the HOf scale short and long mine hopper and log wagons. These are 6.5mm gauge, but by lengthening the axles appropriately they can be set for 9mm gauge (HOe). There is an optional backprint page to colour the insides.
The full page files of these wagons can be obtained from Sebastian Kiszka's site - Galeria Kolei W±skotorowych - under the heading "Wozy górnicze"

Incidentally, all the models I have uploaded are on A4 PDF pages, at 300dpi.

Thanks are really due to Sebastian Kiszka, Don! All I'm really doing is organising things and making them available here. Any repaints I do or modifications I make are minor.
Sebastian can be contacted via his website. Galeria Kolei W±skotorowych

The great thing about these drawings that Sebastian has made is that their definition is so sharp and there is enough detail that it would be perfectly possible to enlarge them for, say, O-16.5 scale or similar. In fact, given that there are quite a few very tiny parts, such enlargement would make for much easier builds. Perhaps I'll do something along those lines and post the results here.

I build in 1/2 inch scale and these are simply great because of the quality for the prints.

Yes - I've just re-scaled one of the locos for O-16.5 (app 1/43rd) and it will make up into a fine model. Because the resolution of the images is high (300dpi) you can enlarge them quite a lot without losing definition. Look at this:

Polish NG-scaling.jpg

As you can see, it's fine all the way up to G-scale, so these bodies could easily be used for motorised locos even to that size!
