Z scale paper models that really work!

The Japanese site:
ペパるネット~手のひら立体図鑑~ - ペパるネット~手のひら立体図鑑~
presents hundreds of paper model railroads, mostly Japanese but also from all countries.
These models are very simple, a box to fold up with sometimes some parts in relief. Their assembly takes little time and is within the reach of all. The scale is to be determined by comparing the size of the model and the real one. Often, it is close to 1/125 to print at 56.82% to have Z.
Calculator here:
Scale Calculator :: ZarkovModels Card Models Store
So I tested, first with a railcar. I included in the gray windows of the model a simulated interior.

The model is here:
明知鉄道 アケチ10形 ツツジ のペーパークラフト|ペパるネット~手のひら立体図鑑~
To get it, type in :展開図はこちら
keeping in mind the code number above which is: 3132.
In the next page, type 3132 in the white rectangle and then, click on the box below.
In the new page, click at the bottom on: 明知鉄道 アケチ10形 ツツジの展開図はこちら and you load the PDF.

In the process, I made a Ukrainian M62 which I dirtied the roof with powdered pigments:

Model here:

I reinforce the 4 sides of my models with cardboard and the roof. I then make a cradle with small pieces of cardboard, inside the body, which will receive in the center of the model a Rokuhan chassis, calculated so that the wheels hardly exceed under the body.

The M 62 gets a hitch in the back (Marklin compatible Rokuhan hook snapped onto a glued iron rod and locked down with another wire) and a ballast.

Place the Rokuhan chassis on the track and then the paper hull on the chassis.
Go ahead and drive! Tested also on a difficult course with tight curves, no problem!

The chassis is not glued and can be moved from one body to another without any problem, so one chassis can be used for dozens of locos.

I once made a much more sophisticated paper M62 on a CC Marklin chassis, but the time and money spent are obviously not comparable.

Suppert, I did the same thing in HO Pleasant to make your own equipment at a low budget.

Very cool. I recall something similar for RC cars or slot cars years ago.
