7800 parts a year! That's roughly 20 a day. I will never be able to reach that average, more like only 10% of your impressive production.
The Polish text also doesn't give much clue regarding the correct wording. Strona Lewa means "left view" and Strona Prawa "right view"....
Beautiful driving gear, these steam machines were so ingenious and the scale of this model allows all these great details!

Hello Erik,
I often have doubts about the assembly in Modelik trains. The drawings are much better than on some older kits, which are far from complete...
I like this large scale, too. Most Modelik trains are also available at 1/45. Most probably, the parts are simply scaled down. Anyway, it would be challenging to add rivets at the smaller scale

I guess that such a tall chimney was not good for tunnels…

@ Fred – there is a Portuguese saying that, freely translated, is “a light ahead illuminates twice”. Maybe a forward bell warns twice

The inner formers are not indispensable (note the “?” marked on them) but they provide a stiffer base to glue all the assemblies that will link to this large cylinder.

The pictures show more cabin details. The third picture shows that the skin part is much bigger than needed. Not a problem…
