TY 2/Angraf

Hello, my name is Adam, I did not plan to make a photo story, so I don't have pictures from the beginning of the work.
It's my first photo story, so I'm very nervous, especially because I'm in one place with the best modelers I hope that you will help and share some helpful ideas about the build and with photo story itself.
I'm not confident with train-models, even in polish language names of parts of the locomotive sounds foreign for me, so imagine how do I feel when I have to understand them in English... So I will try to make names of parts easier, so sorry for this.

I made some extra parts myself (they weren't added to the original model or they are very simple, not detailed), to do this, I'm using other photo story of TY 2 written by Precyzyjny on polish medeler's forum. His TY 2 is absolutely perfectly made. His model is maybe even better than real locomotive

This what's on the pictures is an effect of my six months-work.

Welcome again Thanks for nice opinions. Because I didn't had much of the free time, progress of mine model is very small. Still I'm working with the drive of the locomotive. Part shown on first picture is a part proposed by the author of model. They are very simple, so I decided to add some more details which are on the real locomotive.

First try of fitting on the model, just before painting

See you later

i just started the PU 29, and it's a great model, that will keep me busy for a while, but you are adding more detail
Is the TY 2 simular to the German baureihe 50/51/52 ? it looks that way
Are you using lasercut parts?

They don't look that simple to me, good, but not simple.

Hello
Billy.leliveld, I'm also watching your relation. You are absolutely right, TY 2 is a polish name of german locomotive BR 52. Those locomotives were also made in Poland by Germans during WWII, after war the stayed there as a war compensation.
Only wheels are laser cut.

Dear B-Manic, after sticking together original parts and comparing them to the real locomotive, I realize, that the parts in the model are much simpler than parts in the real locomotive. Even if they don't look so
