Glad you got the files Joe.
I had an original Alan Rose DC-3 that I sold on eBay back in 2008. It's great to have a digitized copy to replace it.
BTW, are there any recommendations for the weight of cardstock to use for the full-scale and various scaled down builds?

The digital version is the same scale as the original: 1:15.

The scale of the original model is 1/15. The new digital version also has instructions to print at 1/24, 1/32. 1/33 and 1/48 scales.

Yes, on page #7 of the instruction book you find the recommended weight: 220gsm (or 60 lb) cardstock. Any cardstock of thickness around 0.25mm or 0.22mm thickness will be fine

I guess I'm a little confused, too. Doesn't 220 gsm convert closer to 80 lb cover cardstock?

Formula:
1 lb. of Text paper = 1.48 gsm. Multiply each pound of text paper by 1.48.
1 lb. of Cover paper = 2.708 gsm. Multiply each pound of cover paper by 2.708.

Example:
80 lb. text = 118.4 gsm
80 lb. cover = 216.64 gsm

You are right!
Thanks for pointing that out

Ah, but 58# Bond is 216 gsm and measures 0.234 mm.
Close enough for horseshoes and hand grenades.
