I have seen prices on ebay range from a low of $25, all the way up to $175

$100 bucks on amazon right now, but they ain't selling like they used to.
Now that the model has been digitized, the demand for the original book has dropped.
They sometimes appear on ebay for less.

My father's airplane looked like this: "3B" unit marking and no invasion stripes. He was a C-47 instructor in Texas from '42-'44, then flew to England about two weeks after D-Day, and was the thick of it from then on.

Another interesting conversion of Alan's kit would be a Basler Turboprop DC-3.

Herky I was working in a Rhodesian camou version, but lost the files somewhere.

I still look for them from, time to time. If I find them I will finish them off - did not have far to go.....

You have reminded me, so i will hunt this weekend again.

If I got a wish for someone to do a repaint of Alan Rose's DC-3.
I would wish for an Eastern Aline with this paint scheme.

cool I agree, but since i have an original ,my wish is for the whole plane which I will then need a much bigger house and at 80 my wife wants to downsize, that is why I am selling my whole collection of Maly Modelarz magazine/models!!!!

It would be more advisable to post photos in an online gallery.
Something like Flikr.
And then post a link to that gallery.
Even a veteran member here knows the dangers of clicking vague links
and downloading unknown zipped files.

Anyone who has clicked the link and downloaded the files, should give their head and mouse a shake!
