RCAF Ventura Target Tug
Finally getting to a test build of Aaron's Ventura in my RCAF Target Tug scheme. Some minor adjustments to the markings needed before sending to Aaron, but I love the way the kit goes together. A very solid feeling and sleek looking model.

Oy,my printer won't be happy.But I will
I think Aaron has/had plans to make RCAF target tug B-25 as well so sooner or later that Ventura will have buddy. Defiant target tug looks to be planned as well but in RAF ownership.I'm not sure if RCAF ever had Defiants in Canada,I don't think they did since there was a lot of Fairey Battles and Bolingbrokes/Blenheims used for TT duties. O yea,and there is Bolingbroke/Blenheim coming up as well .Almost forgot that one. |

engines update
A little update to say I am still at it. Another engine ready to be mounted - added a rounded cylinder layer and magnetos just because I could . They don't show very much inside the cowl, but if anyone looks close, they are there. Should have the two wings mounted and done tonight.

Well, that engine looks good, even under magnification. Nice work John.

Further on
Thank you all for the kind words. Selective camera angles are a blessing. Wonder if that magical anti-wrinkle cream I see advertised on tv would work on paper . She is now in its Vego rigging jig for tail feathers.

Looks great, but is the port engine higher than the starboard engine, or is that a photographic trick of the eye?
