Is this kit gonna be available to the masses? Would love one to blow up to a larger size. or in plain black and white to do a custom color scheme.

Yes, I'm preparing the assembly tutorial to then distribute it. It's really a good idea to make available a version in black & white. I'll think about it.

If you design in 2D using CorelDraw, how do you calculate the cuts needed for the compound curves?

Art Deco I'll try to give you an idea about my design process. First I determine the curvature I want to do (fig 1) and calculate its perimeter then add the measure in the plan side (red line)
I do the same for the front and lateral curvature of the covering
Then I get a rectangle that will be the corner of the curves (fig 2 marked in red)
It is marked in red rectangle in Figure 2 should be a round surface as shown in Figure 3
In this area I do so many divisions as I desired. The more divisions, the better the finishing and also more difficult to assemble (fig4)

In Figure 1 we divided the rectangle to be worked. As this area will be curved, a part of the paper will have to be removed, I calculate it always in the middle, if you withdraw more paper, will have a more pronounced curvature, withdraw smaller paper area and the curvature will be softer.
The blue dotted lines mark the portion of the paper that will be maintained, however I need to preserve a flange to make the collage
I marked these flanges with the red line and crossed with red lines the portion that will be effectively removed as shown in Figure 2
Once these pieces were cut, just rounding the sides of the paper and the corner is starting to set in place (fig 3)
Now just paste it (fig 4, 5)

You can also modify the desired curvature, modify the angle, tapering forward (as in my bus) making it smoother or abrupt simply changing the rectangle measures and also changing the angle of the lines dotted in blue that have been marked into the rectangle
