Which kit are you interested in?

Postage to South Africa is very expensive.........1 kg parcel starts at @ $AU45.00, while Express International for the same parcel is @ $AU90.00.

I don't think this would be hijacking the thread as, due to the sheer volume of models I bought as a result of this thread and its mate, I certainly need a good glue that's available in bulk from local sources. I almost exclusively (the except is superglue for some delicate joins and or where instant strength is needed) woodworking PVA. Unlike normal PVA this doesn't distort or stretch the paper, is dirt cheap (about NZ$14.95 for 500ml), sands easily for wheels etc, and binds more types of paper and card. Mitre 10 still stock this probably because the huffers and glueheads can't abuse it...

SOOOOO thats why i enjoy model making so much.Maby its me but i dont get along with pva glues .got a scotch quick dry adhesive from warehouse stationary that seems to be ok and also a bostik multi bond from the warehouse.i always find i end up soaking the card when i use pva
