If someone wants to sell an original, that's fine. But for anyone to scan or photocopy any of those kits and send them to you would be piracy since all three appear to copyrighted kits. I know for a fact that the ones on the left and right are under copyright.

We frown on piracy here.

The one on the left was published by the Nazis! Are they still around to claim royalties? Perhaps a Swiss account in Zurich?

The Super Constellation is a Wilhelmshaven kit from 2015.
Don't even ask for a 'copy" of that one.

The Nazis may not be around anymore, but the publishing firm is
and they may still hold copyrights.

I don't know about those wartime models.
I think we already had some discussion regarding those.
I seem to remember an agreement that these Matthieson kits might be out of copyright,
or so far out of date, or whatever necessary to allow copies to be shared.

Please don't quote me on that...look for the previous discussions.
I thought someone actually posted the pertinent German copyright information.

But generally, it raises eyebrows when you ask for "scans" or "copies" of printed kits.

I agree, but I think my point was regarding MON models from Poland published in 1950s!

Joe,

your point was made in an entirely different thread.

And thank you for that contribution, I wasn't aware of that information

Schreiber prints a beautiful Lockheed L1649 Super Starliner. It is the last version of the Constellation. The Paper Trade version is the L749 Constellation and the WHM is the L1049 Super Constellation. Both the Schreiber and the PaperTrade are tops. The WHM being a very old model is not so detailed.
