Same here Darwin. Here's to a successful operation and a speedy, uncomplicated recovery. Even though you appear to be getting out of the hobby it would be nice if you would drop in from time to time and share your wisdom and experience with us.

Hi, guys. Never fear, I'm not getting out of the hobby. It's just that I came to realize that, at 72, there is no way in H E double toothpicks that I will ever be able to build a couple thousand physical kits (including the balsa and plastic), much less nearly 150 gig of electronic ones. Be different if any of my heirs had an interest in the hobby.

Well, that'a a relief to hear. I obviously misread your posts. My bad. Glad you're sticking with it. I understand about not being able to live long enough to build the stash. Hope you're successful in reducing your stash to a size that's manageable.

I know this post is a bit old, but do you still have any of the canopies left?
