The Wicked Wench from the Disney Experience came first and then the Black Pearl was based on that model.

Kenilworth press publishes an enlagement of a Micromodels design as the "Lady Elizabeth", a non-specific 16th-17th century small galleon. With "accessorizing" it could make a decent pirate vessel.
Modelis in Erdve published a paper take-off of the old Aurora "Black Falcon" brig. I don't know if it is still available or not. I've only seen it described on a ship-modeling forum, and can't remember which one now. I jotted the name down in my modeling notebook for future reference. Wyvern
