Thank you Robert, the support of this forum can enhance one's progress and skills, and is a great help that way...now some other projects are in various stages of completion that would be nice to get on with also...and the local historian has a model that he can enjoy more than most, which is also fun.

Beautiful model. There was an old yacht tender very much like your model that used to ply the waters of Webster Lake. It had a white and green striped canvas canopy, and the engine was all polished brass and copper. Looked like a giant cappucino maker. With its one big cylinder it made a very distinctive sound as it tooled around the lake.
