Hello Heinkel,

I agree with michael Mash, You must have started before you had finished with "Pelayo". I have purchased "Pelayo" and will be building her soon. I have to finish "USS Vesuvius" first.

"Numancia" is such a neet looking ship, cought in that period of time between Sail warships, Ironclads, and true pre-dreadnoghts. Just look what happened to ship design, building in just 30 years from 1860 to 1890..

There are so many different ships in this period that have been ignored by designers. I hope that many more will slide down your shipways as time goes on.

Respectfully,
Dennis

That's a very attractive ship and a fine model.

Thanks! I love this period of history, time of great change, great inventions, for that reason this time design models. Are not known. The problem is how little information there when you want to design a model. Also the ships carried sails, between 1800 and 1850 almost all auxiliary ships carried candles. Designing a boat with sails is very difficult on a small scale.

For That is why there are few models

I'm glad to see progress in this model, I like even more than the pelayo, it appears that you have more experience.
