Thanks Peter and Zathros. The rear benches are a bit of work, and painted the edges with acrylics, but happy with them. I can hardly beleive this is a free model as good or better than ones you pay for. (lots of the little parts show up better in photos since are so small)

My sentiments exactly, I would love to find another model with the charm this one has, and if it were free, all the better!

Some more parts added, propulsion parts, and testing out the lights, LED's have quite a wide variety of voltages, so check what you have, I was running on 1.5V but needed 3, so now is better and brighter, quite fun really, I think putting one behind a aircraft panel would be cool, as well as wingtips. I didn't include running lights which bothers a bit to my eye

Wow, the lighting looks great. I may have to go back and wire mine up. It won't be to hard, I left the made cabin the main cabin removeable. Nice effect you created!

Hello Glen,
Great work with the ship, and the lights! They look wonderful and certainly provide opportunities for a variety of photos.

That turned out really nice. The lights add something special to to overall look The running lights would be a good idea if possible.

This is such a great looking model, and a free download too! I keep telling myself I will build it oneday. You folks who have done this one inspire me, maybe I should clear some time and just do it!

You'd really enjoy it. It's really a joy to build.

Thanks kindly
Z-yes definately a nice model the light idea came from your build you may recall
Mike-thank you not a huge project but a more detailed one than some and is a pretty design. I'm going to have to stop by radio shack and see if I can pick up some more leds...is fun
Ct- I hope you have time for this one
Doug- I was thinking maybe adding a clear plastic rod from the cabin to the lights.....?
Barry -many thanks!

Just a few little things now and will be done...looks like the angle on the prop shafts not right, but can be fixed as the shafts are just stuck from aft with props attached
