Good job there, buddy. More paper and less metal is what I say. Pretty keen cutting on that job.
...BTW, do you think that you could slip those TTs in without anybody noticing? Very clean. Carl |

Yeah. I meant to mention those torpedo tubes. Very fine work.

Love that lattice ... far better than soldering.

Looks very nice Barry, since I don't know much about these vessels I was wondering why the fore funnel shaped as it was, looks cool now with the tower!

Thanks friends
I got carried away and made the davitts from card but of course they have to come off and be tripled too thin. Not that much more card to cut then the railings when I get in the mood. |

This is turning out to be a really fine model, Barry. I just returned from a couple of days in Washington, DC, and was glad to check in and see so much progress including the revised davits.

A few more bits, the boats are suspended using 2 bits of wire sandwiched between card blocks, the davits would be better strengthened even more. The walkway needs steps at each end to clear the torpedo tubes.

Nice. I see that you've done the ladder thing really nicely. Beautiful gun barrels if I may say.
