Hello, the Wilford, as always looking forward to another of your master built vessels. I for one really like the subject you have picked this time to model.

Hello gentlemen,

now the first cut on the long way to a satisfying old lady ...
As I reported was the French Creusot-Loire 100 mm the standard weapon for anti-air and anti-ship-attacks for a long time in the German navy. The housing of this gun reproduced in cardboard - very difficult. I show you the first one from Wilhelmshavener onboard a frigate of the Cologne-class - the mother of all 100 mm at that time ...

... the next step was in 2004 to modify this construction into a acceptable reproduction of the original. Here shown on a Tender of the RHEIN-class ...

... last year I got a drawing of this turret from a very good friend; later on I modified and completed. Let me show the results and first a pic of the original turret ....

With lovely greetings
the Wilfried
PS: as you can see; the last pictures shows the turret on the hull of the GNEISENAU ...

Hello gentlemen,

after the 100-mm-turret of Creusot-Loire it's time to show how all began; the hull of the F212 I did at the end of 2010. As a test - just to see how it could be an interesting project... This year after the Minesweaper I found out it could be a nice interruption between other vital things to start again with F212. So I draw the bow deck and the superstructure and fitted all on the first 'testbed' ... behind you see the starboard of the F212 completed hull ..

With lovely greetings
the Wilfried

Hello Wilfried,
I see masterful work with that turret. It is a very good looking assembly.
