Hello Tim:
This is really quite an attractive looking hull. I like the "rivets" that show along the sides. Mike Last edited by Michael Mash; 03-03-2011 at 03:34 PM. |

Altough I have not build this model (yet) I've always liked the design of this tug.
This is a nice model and you're doing a great job building it!

The tug superstructure has been added. Schreiber give you the option of adding extra doors and hatches.
Also added are the front and rear bollards. Again no issue with the fit. Tim |

Hello Tim,
This is a neat sharp looking piece of work. Looking forward to watching you add the details. Mike |

Why is that so hard to do here at home?

How do they make the screws on these things?

Many thanks for your kind comments gents, they are very welcome.
The propeller is little more than a rolled tube, with the blades butt jointed to the marked places. The close up photo has high lighted an area round the prop that needs some more attention, in order to cover up the cardboard. The last photo shows the addition of more deck fittings. With the scale and size of this model you could send lots of time up-grading and scratch building these parts. Tim |
