SMS Derfflinger, HMV, scaled to 1:200

Three years ago I built the HMV SMS Derfflinger, scaled to 1:200.
I used the photo etched set and the barrels from the SMS Lützow, 1:200 by GPM. For the railings I used standard parts. Although blown up, it was an extremely well fitting model and it was real fun to build it. The rigging is made, of course, of drawn plastic rods. The underwater hull and the ship can be parted.

First class build interesting the shape of the forward fire control was carried over into Bismark.
