Hello Emanuele:
You deserve compliments for such nice detail with such a tiny gun assembly.

Thank you Michael!

This is the range finder on top of the main bridge.

Little by little, I'm advancing on my building.

The basket that holds the search light on top of the main bridge.
The rear part has been left undone until I will finish the main mast.

Thank you Michael! But I would like tp have your skill to make such a smooth hull like your Iowa!

Anyway, look what I found! I was looking in mine scratch materials boxes when I came up with this!

What is that disgustive stuff?

Well, nearly twenty years ago (yeah, nearly 20, time has flown away very quickly), when I bought the first number of Storia Militare which contains the plans of the Pegaso, I tried to scratchbuild the Pegaso in 1/350. At the time I didn't know what a Papermodel was (I will discovered them 10 years later, when I connected for the first time with Internet to do my thesis researches), but I used cardboard for the frame and 80 gms paper for the hull, plus pieces from an Admiral Scheer of Italeri and scratchbuilt bits (see the gun shield made out of tin). It looked disgustive , so I threw it away...

Now, nearly 20 years later, I'm trying again!!!

It's a long time without me posting...

These are the Breda 20/65 single mount (originally the ship had only twin 13.2mm machine guns, it was upgraded in 1942 with 20mm guns from various sources, so she didn't use the breda 20/65 twin guns as the sister class Ciclone).

Thank you Don!

I have very little time to work on my Pegaso, but I'm making some little progress. These are the two mast, some little details are still missing. The search light is not fully completed too.
