My friends,

this is like the ships looks today. Some cosmetic arrangements were done: I add one more wales on the bottom of the ship ( there are on more ships of this age ); I hope it looks more real now. And finally I made very importand thing: I made inner parts of gunports and coloured them red. Now I can say that there isn´t visible white place on the ship
Now I´m in progress of galleries making. Next progress soon.

Jan

Great Scatch Build

Hi Jan,

Your use of corrugated cardboard is great. I like it as a construction material too.

The main object is the ship's hull and the internal structure [in the your case] is only the means to that end.

I look forward to more La Couronne posts...,

Bien Cordialement, +Gil

Beautiful work! I have a wooden kit of this ship, but it will probably stay in the box for a while! Love your work and look forward to seeing more!

Thank you fíends for your comments

yesterday I started to make turrets for aft galleries: to draw them, cut out, brace up them, to finish the surface, " glass in " I hope to make shelters today - and I can place them on the ship
BTW, on some models are windows around whole each turret - it´s incorrect.

Nice to see your new ship, Jan, another fine example of Baroque shipbilding and fine Czech ship modeling.
