K141 Kursk from Flymodel
Hello everone
I'm starting the build of submarine Kursk. Usually I don't do models of modern vehicles, but this one is special This model is in 1:100 ratio, which gives it's about 1,60 meters in length. It's the biggest model I've ever worked on... In my opinion Kursk is the nicest looking modern submarine At the moment I glued skeleton of main body on the 2mm card. Kind regards, Adam |

Witom Adam!
Looking forward to seeing such a big model getting done by a very skilled modeler like you! Nice choice. Maybe you can put a scale or something like the cutting board in some of your photos next to the parts to actually see how big it is (will be). Anyways, looking forward to see more! Rgds, Radek

Awesome, I'm also looking forward to watching this one, sounds like a big task. I recently watched a short docco about the raising of the Kursk on the Mammoet website while researching another model, I might have to put this on my "buy it one day if you ever add a room to the house to display it" list

I think it's one of those kits that many have bought - Few have built
