USS Keokuk 1:200-Heinkelmodels
I present my new design in society, another monitor in the American civil war. This model has been difficult to design, an elliptical shape and many details in a very small model. It is not a boat, it's a mouse Jerry!
The USS Keokuk was a Union experimental ironclad. At The First Battle of Charleston Harbor,The Keokuk was struck by about ninety projectiles. Many below the waterline. She sank off Morris Island on 8 April 1863. I present the model in 2 versions. Full-hull and waterline. The model is available in my website and coming soon at Ecardmodels.
