Union Floating Dock or Wharf Boat

CT has given me an opprotunity to do a build of his floating dock/wharf boat vessel. It is rainy in north MS and my honey do list is done so it seemed a good time to begin. I have enlarged the build to approximately 1/200 from the 1/250 for the orignal design. I have found that I 1/200 is the limit of my skills at this time. I have included CT CSS Texas that is not quite completed as a refernce for the size of the wharf boat. The Texas is also in 1/200.
Step 1 - Parts Pages

Step 2 - Laminate Hull parts and deck

Step 3 - Hull Glued Up and Deck Laid
All the parts are fitting as CT designed and other that some trimming to correct my building errors everything is fine. I cut and cut the side bracing in the hull as opposed to notching the hull as CT has drawn the mode.
This calls for a Snag Barge and USS Champion tinclad to complete the set.
Attaching deck and hull band next.

CT
Small problem concerning bits in the parts sheets. The main deck has blue outlines for 9 sets on each end of the deck. There a 2 set of 5 bits in the parts. It will probably be easiest to cut and paste the bits that you have and have a total of 20 on the parts sheets. Cut and paste has always worked for me and is a simle solution. Otherwise all is well.

Not sure were yesterday went, but back at it tonight. Hull is completed and all the bits are mounted on the deck. Quite a few of them. 1st level and roof laid up for look see. I should have placed somehing between top and bottom of roof. it is now between books to flatten out, probably overnight.

More tonight. 2nd level laid on and roof laid up. Same problem with roof and it is in one of the books laying on the larger roof. Last picture is lay up of parts completed tonight.
No problems as usual with CT's work. On to deck clutter for a couple of hours and then the big glue tomorrow night.
