Outstanding work on the lifeboat. The deck details, such as ladders and winches, are very realistic.

And thanks for the photos of this interesting ship, friend Wilfried.

Nice work Tommaso.
Wilfried's images give a great look at the lifeboat, along with everything else.

Hi all!
In these pictures you can see the assembly of railings and staircases on the superstructures.
Other object are also placed on the superstructures: the davits, the lifeboats, various winches, the lights, the radar mast and the small crane.

Next step: the main mast!

Cheers,
Tommaso

Vsry precise work on the railings, Tommaso. The aft superstructure looks very realistic. I enjoyed imagining that I was walking around on the ship.

Very nice work Tommaso. Are the railings photo etch/laser cut, or, in extreme skill, hand cut from card?

Hello Texman,
all the railings are lasercut parts. I would never be able to cut them from paper

Hi all!
As foreseen, the construction goes on with the mast.
I've also built the two buoys, which are exactly identical to those I built for the Mellum.
The model is now close to completion; the only missing part is the big crane.

Cheers,
Tommaso

Hello Tommaso,
Wonderful work with those very delicate masts.
And the two buoys are excellent.
