This is REALLY a very unique model, would love to see that you would make a card model kit out of it. But you probably will

Hi,

For a short brake from other projects I have made few parts of my Kamikawa Maru model. Rear structure with the main AA platform and forward AA platform.

Regards,
Jakub

Hi Jan,

This model will be finished I never abandon my projects. But this model has recently became my side project only so I do not devote all my free time to it.

My projects are also going very slow recently, because of Summer time. Summer is the time for reminiscing and thinking about new things and ways to build stuff (and drinking cold beer, of course)

Hi,

After finishing Otsu Gata, I have resumed work on Kamikawa Maru. I am planning to finally finish her. Here is the progress so far:

Hi,

Recently, I have made a lot to my Kamikawa Maru model.
First, I made the catapult and boats:

Next, I finished the stern structure and the gun platform:

Then, I decided to make the bow gun platform one more time as I noticed it should have a different shape:

This is how the model looks now:

Now I am working on the front section of the main structure and the bridge. This is the sixth version but it finally fits:

See you next time,
Jakub

Wonderful progress pics Jakub. Kamikawa Maru is really starting to shape up now. Looking forward to your next post.
