Hi Guys
After a long rest period "including some building" I bring you some updated pics of the San Salvador.
The idea of the pumps I got from Silveroxide - hope you dont mind -
I decided to go with paper on everything and only the netting on the deck is from an old piece of curtain.
Will post the finished model pics hopefully on Monday.
I think it's not to bad for my first ship model.

Good build, so far so good. No problem with using my ideas. The capstan in my build is inside the covered deck. For some reason, I do not think that it is in the right place. The cargo hold and the main mast are in the way for a proper operation of the unit. The crew would have to avoid the mast and the edge of the cargo hold. For me, it is a visual red flag of the feasibility of placing the capstan at that location. Keep up the good work and waiting to see more.
