R.n. Ape

Hi all,
here some pics of my second paper ship:
R.N. APE in 1/400 from Zio Prudenzio site.
Some characteristics:
- railings in PE (Marco is too difficult make them in cotton threat !! )
- other threats plastic sprue
- AA guns schratchbuilded (plastic sprue and card board)

Some pictures close to Italian destroyer Prestinari, my first paper model.
I changed the railings (PE), added a canvas tent (it was normally used during maintenance but I need to cover the absence of depth charges) and finally added Italian flag as suggested by Marco in his last post.

Yes! little scale cover the many errors and the look is quite good
Thank you to Marco1971 and Mr. Darwin for their detailled threads.
Comments and critics are welcome
Cheers

You packed so much detail into that tiny project.
Well done.

I found already hard to build them in 1/200,
so I really can't image to build paper kit so tiny....

I've already asked the same question to Marco:

Do you use lilliputian slaves to build them?

Very nice work. Zio's models are fun to put together.

Painstaking, delicate work!
Italy: full of jewelry?

Salpao Hello,
I see that you've been inactive and you've done an excellent model! Congratulations also from my team of Lilliputians

Fantastic work salpao. I've built some small things, and I like to think I have some skill, but you are a true master.

Congratulations on a wonderful build.

Steve
