Hello,

I bought this ship from Scaldis from Terneuzen ( The Netherlands) including (all) the lasercut parts. Mainly railings and supports for the pipelines. Scaldis will send to USA as well. It takes quiet some time to get these laserparts in the right colour
( Humbrol paint and a lot of patience and drying time )

Pipelines: I bought from my local modelling shop Evergreen tubes in which a thin steel rot is incorporated ( 0,8 mm and 1,0 mm thick)
Can be bended quiet easy. Tried one sofar as I just finished the "body"

Also almost impossible to fold correctly all these stuts ( 4 x 4 mm, to be folded into triangular pieces, almost 60 or so to be made !!) alongside the two higher deck parts on top of the deck.

Hope to see more of the ship.

Hi Gert
The Evergreen tubes is the way to go for me for the big pipes. Hollow brass is beyond my skills. Solid pipe in metal, well that is another thing for the smaller pipes.

Not sure I understood your last regarding the 'stuts' but i figure that these are the support structure for the raised deck on the main deck which were installed when the ship was jumboized to provide strength.

By inflammation in my shoulder joint it's impossible to build right now.
I hope soon to proceed.
