Awesome work!
I wouldn't worry about the cannon and ports. The Vindicator and it's smaller sister both had no guns to start with. Later a 100 pound gun was added at the rear for shelling shore positions, and eventually four 24 pound guns were added to discourage boarders. It's main anti-ship weapon was it's bow, backed up buy speed! This ship was said to make 12MPH up river and near 20MPH down river! And unlike some other military boats of the time, it could be controlled at speed! Beautiful pictures as well. Thank you so much! (I have more models coming) CT

Nice job and I like this model. I started as a time killer, Magnus Mörck's USS Commodore Perry and I am really enjoying building these models.
Time to go over to E-cardmodels and get some of CT's models and this one is on the list.
