Wow, she is one beautiful ship!!! You are doing a fabulous job on this!!

Those great folks in JSC just sent me a copy of the Queen Mary and Bismark...they were so good about making up a reprint for me, and I have nothing but gratitude and thanks to them for doing so...and the prints are immaculate and very well done!

Hope to be getting a chance to start another build of my own sometime soon once I get my tools out of storage and my work area set up...can't wait, been WAY too long since I last glued some paper together! :/

Keep up the great work, my friend!!

Cheers!
Jim

Gents, sorry about the pause in updates, other things have got in the way, including having my son's car sideswiped by a foreign lorry driver who couldn't speak English.

I've now added all 44 davits, and am slowly putting in the winch housings - at detriment to my temper and eyesight! Not very photogenic hence no photos, but very time consuming.

Hi, I have been in contact with one of the designers from JSC recently while ordering several liners and I asked him about Queen Mary - he said he will re-print it in a year or so. Fingers crossed!

Gents, Had a knee problem which stopped me going out for a while, which gave me time to finish the Queen Mary. When I have caught up with everything i need to do I'll put some photos up for you.

Queen mary ii update

Second attempt, here are some photos of the complete ship. Not perfect, but I'm pleased with it.
