Petroljarl Cidade de Rio das Ostras

While initially not planning to make a log for this build (because I have no idea how this will turn out), I have now decided to make one after all. Mainly because a few other members seem to have this kit either started or in their stash as well.

I started building her somewhere last year, but I only work in short bursts on her.

Before I start working on her again, I'll just put up the pictures of what I have done so far, without any comment ; however, if you have questions about anything you see, feel free to shoot.

And another small update, not really that much to show for about 2 hours of "work" :D

Six little pieces built up into one little pipe :


Another feature made today are two "shields", I presume to offer some protection in case of fire or explosions :


And the biggest parts (2) used today goe to the start of the midship section ; in fact the actual refinery part of the ship :
