Fantastic build hado. The rivets were worth it, they make the model very realistic.

Great! Think the rivets were worth it. They really give the detail and period of this sub - primitive yet telling of things to come...

Thanks all.
Yes the rivets look good, but they take so much time I make the whole body in one day (only the main body) and the rivets take at least one week But after this nothing with rivets can scary me

chapuzas100 - yes the model is painted with brush and acrylic color.

Nice model. The rivets were definitely worth the final result!

Very nice, do you have more information, is it a fantasy model, or a real one, what's the publisher?

The rivets must have been mind-numbing, but well worth it. They bring this historic ship to life. The details on the spar are great too. It's amazing the amount of technology that went into this civil war era craft.

When I look at the recent photos of the recovered Hunley wreck and then I look at this model, it brings it all back to life.
