SLC (Siluro Lenta Corsa) 1/25
Thank you matt77 for this unusual model.
Modelers may wish to install bolt head 2d/e assemblies before rolling part 2c. After the tubular frames were completed and glued together I failed to notice that those bolt heads are recessed. A star pattern cut was made into each white locator circle, then they were pressed inside using a pencil that also sized the hole. Aleens tacky glue applied along the hole edges and star cut sections prevented the bolts from dropping into the structure. My first time use of the Pick-Me-Up tool mentioned in another post was quite helpful. BP |
