What beautiful detail in the radar mast! The model is superb, and it is an elegant cruiser in my eyes. One almost wishes that the Cold War had not ended, we might still see something like this in the navy.....

Hello Jos, my compliments on your model of Hr.Ms. De Ruiter. It's looking great. I am bulidng the Hr. Ms Witte de With at the moment. (F 813). I also got the LC parts for this model, but still you have to make a lot of parts by yourself, so progress is just slowly.
I understand your next build will be the destroyer Zeeland. Doest his model come with LC Parts too? Greetings Ron

Many thanks Scon,Marco,Salpao and Ron for Your compliments,now on with the build from the Zuiderdiep and the Zeeland.Ron,for the Zeeland are LC sets available,for the 1:350 scale it comes with the complete set,for 1:250 You have to order separate.First to build is the Zuiderdiep,which is rescaled from 1:250 to 1:350.Will make abuilding revieuw.Cheers for now,Jos.

Phillip,laser cut parts for this kit are seen on the third picture in the first announcment for this topic.You can't push them out they are connected with tiny strips so you have to cut them out.They don't come with all kits but specially for ships,like railings,anchors,life rafts,they add a lot to the general picture.Greetings Jos
