Any tips on were to find this Pilot Boat?

Found this picture on another site. Author says it is designed by Scaldis. I have looked high and low to find were to buy or download this cute little booger but can't find any thing about it.

Might any of you know were to find this little gem????

found it at zeist bouwplaten.its a papertrade model no 19 in 1;47 scale.hope this helps
