Another Graf Spee

This is a "simple" version of the Graf Spee that I completed recently.

While not too taxing in general, I was pleased with the way the guns turned out. I have had lots of trouble with previous models and this time the cannons came out pretty good. I guess that practice thing does work.

Personally I think it's more important to complete a simple model to your personal satisfaction than attempt a mega monster that may never be finished... She looks just fine to me

Hi Mike, your version of the Graf Spee looks really good.
Can I ask, what scale is it?

Greetings
Dieter

Card,
appreciate your comments and I know what you mean. I have a major wooden ship model that has collected dust for months because it became too much.

Dieter,

Thanks, the scale is approximately 1:500. The model measures near 16 inches.
