On the pictures the transversal sections are not yet fixed.

See you later !
i always fill the triangular tube on jsc models to give a bit of extra strength

Some pictures of the liner SS United States

Hi modelers,

Dur to the optics of my little camera, I'm unable to take a full view of the profile to show the particularly beutifull shape of that transatlantic liner.

So I propose you to watch some pictures of the SS United states in the times of its splendor and today docked in Philadelphia.

The work is going on ...

Didier

Nice images Didier.
I think the second (bow view)and the third (stern view) are my favorites.
Those really show the beautiful perfect lines.

Exclamation S.s.united states

HI;
Looks like you are doing fine so far .Don't you think ,as a ship lover that this great lady has been done a dis-service ? After all she still holds her ribands .If they could do an English ship in LONG BEACH,CA. Why can't someone do the same with this AMERICAN great lady before it's to late .After all she is , and was, ours from keel to mast-top to begin with ! Commodore4

I agree.. It's sad to see a stately ship like that head for the breakers.

Hi Didier, that are very nice and very sad pictures of the end of this great ship.

@ Herky, Christian055: English instructions for JSC can be found in the german forum: Kartonbau.de (download for members), but on the JSC website they should have them, too. Maybe you will need to register.

If you have problem, send me a message with your e-mail. I can send the instructions to you then.

Regards
Dieter
