What glue do you use when edge gluing the petal nosecone? What secrets? Do you glue in backers when the shape is complete?

I use water-based glue to glue the edges. When seams are dry, I use tissue-paper and the same glue to coat the internal surfaces.
See this:



The only "secret" is final shaping. Each seam and surface must be treated with hard, round tip tool (a nail, rod etc.) from inside, until the element takes the desired shape itself. Example of the tools, at the bottom of the page:

yes, could be. nah.

I see you have a variety of submarines on eCardmodels, but no guppied (is that a word?) US submarines, A friend has been looking for US diesel boats, do you know of any?
