Looking nice, Werner
And what is that thickening on the side of the hull? Extra armor?

HMS Naiad GPM Scale 1:250 waterline
The next superstructure will be placed.
It includes the base of the second funnel and beside the room for the two torpedo sets. You will also see the blower of the rear funnel. In my opinion the colors are very dark. For modelling they should not use the original color instead they must use the lighter version, because this colors dash violently on that ship. picture 44 shows the upside down Werner |

The next three pictures shows the base of the rear and front superstructure in the different size of the paper. In my case 1mm.

Now I am going step by step with the installation of the next parts. First the base of the front funnel and rear funnel and afterwards the base of the rear upper guns.

HMS Naiad GPM Scale 1:250 waterline
Now I am starting with the first funnel.
It is very easy but later there are some pipes which you have to build with non paper material. I prefer special wire. Bu we will see after many other parts are installed. Now I will have a break for a month ore more regards Werner |
