Hi Marco,
that is very interesting. What is the smallest/finest structure, you can cut with this machine? How do you sharpen the knifes?

Regards
Dieter

Thanks Robert!

Kevin the model is the portrait, the difference between the two models is only the size of the paper that can be cut. The cameo cuts the A3 while portrait the A4.

Dieter you can cut anything up to a thickness of 0.5 mm when the paper whereas if you use another media such as acetate sheets can go further up to 0.3 mm. The blades are changed once exhausted, but they last a lot. I'm still using the standard for over a year.

Mike the beauty is that you can do anything, you just have to be patient in the computer to draw the outlines of the shapes you want to cut.

Ted apologizes for the late response but I have had health problems of my cat that was hit by a car and had to be his nurse
The cutting accuracy is really impressive although I must admit that in some areas of the A4 sheet you lose a little. There is talk of an error of 0.1mm that you can touch up with a good marker.

Marco

Hello Ted, today I had a bit of time available and so I could make a test cut to make you see the cutting accuracy of this machine. The procedures are simple, you draw the cut lines to computers, molds, do you recognize the cut marks to the machine and you're done. I hope that the example is clear and do not hesitate to ask for clarification.

Hello Enrico, is I'm a happy owner of portrait for over a year and now I'm using to make the frame of the ships and some parts repetitive.

After two weeks of overtime at work are back to normal and the lunch break again long I could continue the model finishing the superstructure with the four rangefinders.

Hello Marco,
The last superstructure I watched you build was very good.
I think this one is better.
